Try a light cutting compound and a polish to see if you can fix it. Otherwise strip and spray.

Since it's not flaking and the clear is intact is cutting gonna cause me more hassles.

It looked just like that on a mates 300zx and a light cut (kitten #1) and a polish up did wonders for the condition of the paint (red paint, too!)

It needed consistent polishing afterwards, though... the "effect" came back fairly quickly afterwards (within 6 months). A quick polish every couple of months keeps it in good condition.

Sounds great the  turbo upgrade

 

anyone got any plan of attack for mods etc this long weekend?

Gosh how can a dealership not mention something like that though .. that's messed up but it happens

Ya that's true I like the idea of the shorter cooler piping a real lot though

I'd call a detailer if I were you. That's how the dealership would have hidden it. Don't wanna f*ck it up worse. But there's no way to fix that forever other than respray
