Went to the launch day for them in Brisbane last week, got to test them out on the skid pan and motorkhana.. they are a fun little car.

Toyota also had 2 of the 10 LFA's in Australia there.. They sound like sex!! :)

Got a couple of pics, but keeps coming up with error message??

+1 xyz on the lfa!! Seen one at the f1 here in melb being moved around.:leghump: can only sound so much better on song lol

Great for young blokes and sheilas. Once you have driven a car with g6e t power it would be frustrating to drive one of these under powered cars IMO. Sure, it handles better but if you are going around corners faster than you can in my g6e t, then you are going way too fast. The only place you could use the potential extra corner speed is the track.

I do think they are great value for money and are fantastic for their demographic (I would have bought one when I was single and in my 20's) I hope they sell heaps.

It's not aimed at the speed freak or qtr mile king, it's aimed at people who want something that stands out of the ordinary. just like the MX5, slow as fark in the N/A version but just look how many sell. Being Toyota its only a matter of time before the performance parts come out. Would rather drive that through the mountains than our barges and that's when you will see it come into its own. For $30k drive away it would have to be one of the best value 2 doors out there.

Tuning parts I hear you say?

Everyone at the Tokyo motor show had a modified one, everyone at Tokyo Auto Salon had a couple of modified ones.

This car is a fresh bit of life for the aftermarket industry....

that's it - they are also dropping the spare wheel and supplying a puncture repair kit instead. So less weight again...

VE Late model camira got under 11l/100ks by doing the same thing...lol
