I dont think anyone on here really hates V8's all that much... I think its more-so a case of the 5.4L in specific wasnt all that loved from the beginning, it just didnt perform.

Great thing about the engine is that it runs low boost and is cabable of far far bigger numbers.

They could have had the GT at 350kw and the GS at 335kw and still have had room to push a 400kw+ special out, but wasn't the problem the current ZF 6 speed being unable to handle the torque?
