Best Anti-ford Comebacks

Gday all,

I thought I would start this topic as to see which of up cop it at least once a day for owning a Falcon or any Ford for that matter... I definitely get bagged at least once a day for owning my current car (a BFII Falcon) by workmates, family and most other people on the street... So what are your comebacks to those people who don't appreciate these cars as much as we do?

Today for instance...

We had training today and the trainer commented on how Toyota Prados have been recalled for cracked transfercases... someone just couldn't help themselves and said "Yeah well if you take your cars back to the blue oval they should be able to repair your brake hoses at the moment", "yeah that's what you get for buying a Falcon". I then made a comment about how Expensive Daewoo also had a fuel hose recall within the first few months of being released??? But everyone always picks on us?

Anyhow what comebacks do you use to those anti ford folk?

You can take your dinosaur pushrod v8 & suck on my 430kw's. That usually shuts them up. Amazing how friendly they become when they realise you have them stuffed. No comeback for that. Usually. lol.

I cop it more so from my family than my mates because they have been for a few runs in it so there pretty friendly. You do always get the odd bogan or ricer b1tch off the street havin a crack. The looks on there faces after is well worth it.

They only try bagging your choice of car because they know they are a great car

and wish they owned one.

The other makes in the class dont even come to our cars for quality or power.

I get it from the Expensive Daewoo boys as well, but every now and then they actually admit how

nice my car is and how fast it goes.

To the Expensive Daewoo boys just tell them they cant even build a petrol flap correctly, just take note

of how many you see driving around with missing or different coloured petrol flaps.

yeah but a comeback like that only makes them think theyve hit a nerve, and lets face it, these cars of ours are so quick and graceful that we dont have a 'nerve' to hit.

one of my fave's is to calmly nod and say "yeah I'll give holden (or whatever theyre comparing to) this- they make the worlds best rear demisters- great for keeping your hands warm while your pushing them!"

Girls are normally more attracked to Expensive Daewoo owners...as they are fit from pushing their cars everywhere.
