I got this reply from SCT:

Which device do you currently own? Who did you purchase your device from? If you are concerned with the inability to move forward utilizing your device, you may want to speak with your original retailer.

In other words, they want us to harrass the place we purchased the Flash box from - in my case CV Performance...

lol, today at work I was thinking about how approaching the Govt. would pan out..

Us = " Please sir! this American company is screwing us over!!

Govt: " WHAT!?!?! this will never do! We`ll get right onto.. erm, whats this product do?"

Us = " Oh it makes our cars go rool fast :thumbsup: and do longer skids "

Govt. engaged signal..

Us = Hello???

Bout all we can do is wait and see.

Easy fix:

"Oh I forget to mention we pay tax on it"

"And we pay tax on the extra fuel we use"

"A also on the extra tyres we go through."

Cmon Capa. You persisted to promote a product manufactured by a company that leaves you in the lurch after spending $1,000,000 on the GM flash tuners yet they werent willing to offer the support to make them work??? If you've still got all the GM boxes, how can anyone of us expect to get our $750 back from SCT?

I bought one 2 weeks ago for my FG. I own an online performance parts business and I have taken down my X Cal 2's for the moment. If you have bought a flash tuner from HIRO PERFORMANCE please contact me as I am happy to refund the product or offer a trade in.

Guys, don't be placated by a f*cking pissweak 90 day bandaid fix.

It's nothing more than a ploy to allay everyone's anger for a little while so that the uproar dies down, most people forget and they are free to go on f*cking every one of us up the ass.

Would you like to fork out another $1000 now or in May?

My answer is NEVER to a bunch of dogsh*t *beep* like SCT.
