Found a set but they have no lines with them. I don't think that they do, if they did fit both then the lines would have too much slack in them one one set? The bleed nipples would be in a different location on the longer 6 pistons I assume (edit - I mean the line banjo bolt fitting or whatever the correct term is). See if there are different braided brake line kits for each with a supplier, they would know for sure and you'd have a price. The hardest part for me was freeing up the hub cos it was a bit stuck. Nothing that some wd40 and a bit of hammering/tapping didn't solve.
