So nappies are the least of your worries..

and you do get up and go get those nipple shields, pads, or friggin whatever she wants, just to keep the peace. and also gives you 30 min to enjoy some peace at the shops lol

on a side note, did a mightnight run the other day for shrekus jnr, he had really bad nappy rash, hydrozole cream is the best stuff ever.

Better then bepanthen?

Bepanthen is a good barrier cream the pharmacist told me. Hydrozole use directly on the affected area 3 times a day, then whack some bepanthen on top, and every nappy change.Cleared up the poor dude's nappy rash real quick.

We just use sudocreme each night.. Also worked on his heat rash.. Never really had a problem with nappy rash
