I eat what works for me. If I get hungry I just eat some fruit.

F F, there's a blood test to check most things like Testosterone levels,bloods,sugars, cholesterol, also piss in a cup to see what my liver is doing. Also once a year I do MRI and a cat scan. Using certain products like I have it's good just to keep on top of it.

pazz its weired some people eat fark all and are fine. the dude a work eats a chocolate bar and prob a can of coke and he is good for the day.

hes strange and iv been out with him on site and sometimes he doesnt eat at all!

edit: cheers pazz, might go get a blood test and go piss in a cup and get some tests done. cant afford the mri or cat scan so fk it I will just die not knowing!
