there is alot of mucking around to get a holden t56 to fit into a ba turbo so be very careful as that site says nothing about the boxes fitting fords, but does mention the holdens!

there have been a few threads on here regarding the holden t56

good luck in getting the box to fit,i was ready to do the same because of the price difference but a good chat to mal wood will change your mind,theres alot of different t56 boxes and yes even for FORD some of the shifters are 4inches forward,input shafts,output shafts etc etc in the end it will cost the same to modify if not more and its still not the same,tremec in the states built the t56 for the ba specificaly and tremec in us is not aloud to release that box as its patented for ford australia,but do some research on it and maybe it might work out in your favour,goodluck
