Unfortunately there appear to be a sub-culture where anything goes - Rape, Hitting without cause, Kicking and so on.

We have had a couple of cases in Perth recently, where yung guys have been king hit for no apparant reason, and have ended up in hospital fighting for their lives, after hitting their head on the pavement.
