The catch is they now need 98RON fuel for that figure. I think it retails for $51,000...but that would be the same speed for the cheaper SS which is about $46,000 - same price as the XR6T...Im guessing the BF II Typhoon will get 10-15kW more and perhaps a tweak in price?Im guessing the BF mkII T will get another 5-10kW and hopefully other goodies.

Hopefully they give us juicy stereos with mp3 support, more power and Typhoon intercoolers or conrods...or both!

Fact is, with Orion coming out, there will be minimal changes to the BF platform, it's just not viable. You might see very minimal changes, as with other SII 'updates', but be realistic, there will be nothing worthwhile, or evenly remotly worth mentioning. They will counter the VE, just not with the BFII. If you actually WANT to buy a BFII, you'll be feeling as dumb as all the Bogan special owners who shelled out for the specials on GenIII before the 6Lt was dropped into the stock SS.. Unless it's a ute. History dictates the utes might not get much of a lift, and probably will get stuck with the BA/BF platform for some time. We still drive round with T series skirts and rear bars, made by Tickford 4 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
