I bought a bunch of chili cheese kranskies, wrapped them in pastry and chucked them in the freezer.

 

Now I just nuke them for 4 minutes and dip them in bbq sauce to polish them off. ;)

had brunch the other day at a new-ish local cafe... ohh yeahhh eggs, spinach, avo, bacon, eggs, toast, cherry tomatos, mushroom, kransky and hash brown :drool:  then ate half of the missus' eggs benedict (no pics). bBHOHyZ.jpg

First time at a porchetta. After a 24hr rest open in the fridge on the belly but in the end the crackling was there and so bloody moist and tender. Done with pepper sage fennel salt pepper chilli garlic and thyme.

Went to a Mexican restaurant last night that the missus and I had not yet tried. PJ's Mexican Kitchen. Nice authentic tex-mex vibe was the assessment from the missus (who is from Texas).

 

I had a quesidilla and she had the enchilada.

Decent steak tonight. Not bad :spoton:  Pumpkin, zucchini and mushrooms on the side and the first of the radishes in the missus' garden this summer came through so one for the hell of it

Decided to capitalise on the Chinese issues/support the seafood industry... got two crayfish this afternoon and made j@ jizz everywhere.

I have been particularly sh*t the last 24 hours with a random flare up of my AS... heaps of pain... so I took some drugs at work today and wanted to stay upright through the afternoon... so I did some baking when I got home....
