Chile con carne made from the offcuts and left over brisket from the last cook.

FIGJAM - easy meal and so friggin tasty.

Best part is there's heaps left to mellow in the pot over the next few days :)

Taking advantage of the freaking cold weather and did a massive roast chicken dinner.. Absolutely nothing special.. Just chicken and stacks of roasted veggies.

Was great.. Also great having a big oven to warm the house up..
