This has probably been asked 1 million times or more, but I'm new here. My T will be reaching the end of it's warranty at the end of this year and I would like some advice as to what is the first Mod I should be looking at doing. Please keep in mind this car is rarely, and I mean rarely driven, once a week sometimes. I don't want to spend K's and it's well being ranks up there with my wifes so I'm not interested in Killing it either. My town is full of Dunny doors and doof doof machines and I want the security of knowing that it will not be ever shamed by most of these. Any simple advice will be greatly appreciated.

I am sure most people on this forum will recommend the EDIT with a custom tune. I will be doing this to my car shortly but from what I have heard and experienced, the results will be sensational. Depending upon where you live will determine who will do the mod but I am sure most people will recommend staying with a recognised tuner.

Best of luck with mods, you won't regret it I am told.

Also, Welcome to the Forum.

depending where you live, just get a custom edit, injectors, fuel pump, and valve springs, this will be the best bang for your buck. and plenty to blow most other cars away.

that said, just a custom edit, is not bad, and gives you a nice amount of power.

If you are in fact West in Oz (OzWest) come to the Dyno day this Saturday and have a chat with everyone with various stages of mods. It will give you a first hand look at the power figures you will get with everything from EDIT only right through to full engine works and intake mods.

Have a look in the cruises and events section and see what you think.

Add to that transmission mods, valve springs, injectors, cat, brakes............................................. you gotta back that 300rwkw up to make it reliable :spoton:
