Dave my uncle knows Rus at Heathcote very well I will get it setup for late this year early next make sure the track is prepair properly

My personal opnion is this is fkn stupid, This is getting out of control and other forum members are getting involved as they have alligencies to both of you.

Egos need to be put aside and ppl need to remember that what ever happenes or who ever wins both of you guys have done ALL OF US Ford Turbo owners PROUD.

Its obvious Adam has a bee in his bonnet regarding Spikos power figure and his MPH not adding to the quoted power, but Adam remember there are alot of drag racers who have accused you of the very same thing, deflating your power figure to make guys like Spiko and Nizpro look like they are lieing. SO be fair and maybe just leave that side out of it. (Spiko what 60 did you run on that pass?)

I have spooken to Adam and I talk to Geea alot on the phone and I believe them to be good guys. No one wants to see this stuff get out of hand?

Firstly, Adam Congrats on your time ect your car is fast, You seem a nice guy but dont let yourself get dragged into a sh*t fight, take a deep breathe and just remember, you have a record that will always be, the first XR6T into the 9'S!!! BUT your car makes 430 RWKW'S +++++++ with a STOCK turbo and exhaust manifold. Why find it hard to believe Spikos could make over 600 With the amazing gear it has?

Its possible as im sure you are well aware off.

Spiko Mate you have a lovely and orsm tuff looking car, one that can and will obviously make alot of power and if you can run the 60 that adam can and hook it up without breaking things will obviously run faster, again dont let spir of the moment comments on a forum reduce you to an internet fight.

Guys im guess im trying to say is there have been alot of little spite full comments in the last few months from certain camps regarding power figures and MPH figures ect but end of the day, these are you own cars, who cares if Adam wants to wait till he has upgraded his car to do a heads up.. You can race your car in 4 weeks and get some shake down poasses done and if you beat his time and run the MPH that will follow then he will know what hes looking at to take you on.

Cars dont need to be inspected, accept for one thing, you 2 decide if you want gas or not, if not bottles out run them without. GO racing, I think you 2 could almost guarentee it will draw a crowd that will be good for everyone.. SPECIALY those businesses who have spent coutless hours of there own time working on these cars for little or no money.

Ok guys, I've had to clean up the thread alittle. It was a touch out of control.

I know both Adam and Spiro, both are top blokes. They also have alot of similar qualities. They are both successful and hate loosing. Adam phoned me as soon as the get out safe line was posted asking me to remove it as he realised it was inappropriate.

Threats or personal insults won't be tolerated so play nice.

These would appear to be the facts.

1) Spiro is keen to race anywhere in about 4 weeks when his car is ready

2) Adam is keen to race anywhere after his car has it's next lot of mods. This is not because the car isn't good enough now. This is because the mods are already organised and have been for awhile. This would probably be around early December.

3) Neither Adam or Spiro care what sort of racing is used. I'd suggest heads up, which is racing on green. This can mean that the fastest wont win as it will come down to the driver aswell. Both cars will still get their times though.

I'd suggest that we actually have a XR6T drag day and run it like a proper drag meet. We could have rankings and have elimination rounds with the winners continuing to advance. This could however mean that either or both Adam and Spiro wont make the final. In this eventuality there could be grudge racing afterwards and this could involve Adam and Spiro.

Now guys lets keep our emotions in check and think before we post. No more threats or insults.

Good suggestion Geea. I like the plan of ranking and elimination. I'm more than ready to jump into a big metal bird and make a weekend of it
