Personally I'd like to see some 9 second T's against some 9 second VL's and have some traditional Expensive Daewoo V's Ford racing. I'm sure that will be on the cards at some point once it's more common to have T's doing 9's and 10's down the 1/4.

An 8 second pass is going to be very very hard power has nothing to do with that it will all come down to traction and the BA rear is no where near as good as a vl turbos for drag racing the utes will do it alot easier than a sedan

I was ready to tell you guys to stick your race up your ar*es, but it would appear the gentleman has arisen from both of you.

That's great to see, as you guys are gods to us mere mortals. Please don't forget that, and try to see that in perspective (pause waiting for Spiro and Adam to contemplate this).

Seriously, there's probably no-one here that doesn't think "wouldn't it be great if my car was like Adams/Spiros car", but there's not many here that either have the bank role, or the wife/partners approval to do this. We're all here because we have a common passion, which is the XR6T. Personally, I've just blown $50 grand on an stock T, and I can only dream to aspire to the quality, and to the performance that you guys have achieved. I'll never be able to fork out the $$ that you guys do to get my dream machines to the performance that you guys do. So I look to you guys because I "do what you do". It's the same as I (with a passion) watch Velentino Rossi race around Phillip Island (and all the other GP tracks), thinking in a dumb way "he does what I do" (ride a bike).

Whatever happens (in December or whenever it is), you're both winners. There will be (if this ever really does happen) a "car that is apparently faster" than the other.... granted. But you're both so far in front of the "typical" XR6T driver, it doesn't really matter to us.

Regardless, I'm going to be there to watch, and most importanly, I'm going to buy you both a beer afterwards, because you will BOTH have made my day.
