How much have you done to lighten the car?

That must be the next thing to do to drop the times for not much cash?

You could go:

- Carbon bonnet, front wings, boot

- lexan windows on all passenger doors (except driver?), remove electric window mechanisms.

- remove some interior? (I know you are keeping it as a road car too)

I am sure you could save a 100kgs easy - maybe more, without changing the look of the car at all.

Not sure what the problem is its really strage like a rev limiter at any rpm everytime I change gears its never happened before it will be something little and stupid I bet but it was slowing the car down big time
