I've been living in this house for 20 years now and the street has always been 60. Mum noticed yesterday it's now 50. Wtf since when. There's no signs between my house and were I exit the street so does that mean if I get caught doing 60 I'm fine?

Cause you would have left your house in the last 20 years and noticed the new speed sign coming in..

Freeze, law is 50 unless advised otherwise in all residential areas. So since you never saw the 60 sign exiting your street technically you should have always been doing 50.

Government must have caught wind of how many infringements the HWP were processing there and thought they could make it more efficient.
