Straight down Wellington road, left at the round about to Belgrave, turn right in Belgrave towards Monbulk, then left at the round about just before Monbulk. Head upto Olinda from there and then right onto the Tourist road and upto skyhigh from there.

Just had a look at the parking and it is $4 per car till 10:30pm up there then the gates close.
