They paid well over 20 mil for that site. And they're going to struggle to get it all back, which is why their land pricing is a tad high.

It'll be a great spot, just not as good as Lakeside lol

Saw a dark blue phoon on victoria street 2nite, along with a despoiled rapid xr8 that had phoon rims on it.

with a bunch of other cars along their mini cruise.. looked nice.
