Squats or Leg press (train legs twice a week so interchange) Lunges on leg press days Hammy curls Leg ext Calf raises Try to go to failure on each set after a few warm up sets increasing weight as I go.. Bout to get into Protein powders, gonna give Optimum Nutrition 100% whey a go.. Mainly to help with recovery and obviously more protein..

Saw this bloke at gym today... Used about 10 machines in about 4 minutes.. Set the weights one or 2 above the lightest and literally did one set as quick as he could then onto the next machine. All the while looking around like a hero, seeing who was looking at him..

Saw Fast 6 last night... 9/10 fkn loved it... Stay after credits.....

My car does the same... going up hill on cruise, it'll obviously try and maintain the speed, but it accelerates too much and then drops back again, then it senses its slowing down again so accelerates again and then drops again... Its asif it cant figure out a happy medium.. This is even on only slight hills too... I kinda only noticed it once I put some new parts on (bigger cooler pipes, cooler etc...) hasnt been tuned yet, but had it on the dyno and all is good.. Im thinking its tune related, well for me anyway..

Maybe I posted the teaser trailer earlier, but that is the full trailer? CBF going back to see.. Saw the new Star Trek yesterday, I really liked it, fun movie, alot of action and funny too... If you liked the previous one, you'd like it.. A few scenes my mate jumped literally out of his seat, I wouldnt say they were scary scenes just sudden things that happened was a fkn pisser lol.. Im not a Star Trek guy myself, but if your a fan the movie is kind of based on something that happened in the original series, which my mate was fairly excited about.. id give it 8/10 just cause its a good watch..

Funniest thing, was working in Tassie in a small town, me and a work mate go to the local coffee shop for an early morning coffee, we ask for 2 coffee's and the chick takes out Nescafé blend 43 lol.. No thanks and we just left.. But as Paz said in case of emergency Nescafé gold is good..

Ok so kinda got the gym bug back, tryna get my diet back on track to since coming back from Thailand... Went hard this week and am paying for it now haha.. Still lifting what I did before the holiday but its alot harder than before, chest has gotten a bit weaker though, but feels good to get back in there..

I'd say no. On a hot day the intercooler cant cool the air any cooler than ambient temps, so it will never be the same as a winters day.. It will improve heat soak and generally perform be better than your stock cooler, but its not a 'fridge' so to speak..

Turned out to be a blocked fuel reg.. Was pushing 6bar instead of 4, so that explains the extra fuel usage and obviously running way rich which was causing the drama..

Went and saw Evil Dead the other night. Only playing in Nova cinemas on Lygon st im pretty sure... GORE PORN!! Its your usual horror movie scenario, a group of teenagers go to a cabin in the woods, they unleash a demon, they get possessed. But the thing that set this apart for me was the gore and how they died, very graphic.. It prob was the best/worst ive seen.. So if you love your gore its one to see for sure..

Ok sweet, will look into it. Would crap coils cause an increase in fuel usage too? Not a lot but noticeable?

Both are possible.. Last service I had I had the plugs changed and I had an issue where we thought the coils were playing up but it wasn't them.. Valve springs are Nizpro ones but were installed years ago, could be a possibility but the car hasn't seen over 250rwkw's so I'm thinking they should be ok..

What do you want to know? Basically I took off harder than I thought, TC kicked in and now whenever I boot it it has the same feelin of TC turning on, but the TC light doesn't come on. It even happens when I turn TC off..

Hey fellas, 2 weeks or so ago, I was driving, I decided to have some fun cause my sis was next to me in her SV6 lol... So stalled it up, didnt take TC off as I wasnt intending on doing anything too dramatic.. Took off, TC kicked in so I backed off a bit, then nailed it... After that and till now, everytime I nail it, it feels like TC is coming on, the TC light doesnt come on its just feels like it, kinda farts, jerks around a bit and drops power.. I spoke to someone who said it maybe my tyre pressures were off and the car was sensing it and applying the TC, the tyre pressures were off, but since I have been keeping an eye on them and its still occurring.. Just had a service etc... new plugs bla bla bla.. Car was fine after the service, so nothing to do with that... Any ideas?

Honestly, I just googled and youtube'd a lot of it.. Trial and error to make it right.. These days I only have one coffee in the morning before gym, just for a lil pick me up.. Possibly another in the arvo if I go somewhere..
