  1. Was in Berlin on hols recently. Walking along the street I looked across and saw a big Bugatti sign, needless to say I had to come closer for a better look... Looks pretty small in the flesh.
  2. Italian herbs and cheese, meatball, old english cheese, lettuce, tomato, carrot, olives, jalapenos... and if there was an option I'd swap the Little Creatures Pilsner for the Bright Ale. The other big question is toasted or not toasted...
  3. That's pretty crazy stuff if it's true. He sure left his mark on the world though. I guess his funeral is going to be a "Thriller".... *cough*
  4. Yeah, but Camry drivers hold the prestigous reputation of not being able to keep left, not being able to maintain a constant speed or drive as close as practicable to the speed limit, not being able to operate their indicators, not being able to keep their car within the lane markings, not being able to merge properly or give way, and having no personality in general. All of which can contribute to dangerous situations whether through their own inability to operate a vehicle properly or by causing such frustration with other people that they end up doing something risky/stupid to avoid said Camry "driver".
  5. Here's a sneak peek at a new search engine available with the proposed internet censorshi... I mean filtering www.ruugle.com Have a bit of a play around on it.
  6. Of course it isn't "revenue raising"... it's "deficit decreasing"

Well one other solution is to keep some of those Grolsch swingtop bottles. Just fill them up from the keg whenever you're going somewhere, they'd last fine for the night.

Yeah the 3 most important words you need to remember about home brewing are: Cleanliness, cleanliness and cleanliness! Try to keep the temperature nice and constant, use good yeast, and keep things clean. As said you can buy the basic Coopers kits and sugars at coles/woolies/k-mart etc. If you want some better quality ingredients like different malt extracts, hops and decent yeast then visit your local home brew shop. For starters though forget the expensive ingredients, just start out with your basic Coopers kit till you get the method down. As for when to brew, that depends on the weather where you live, the style of beer you're brewing and the type of yeast. Generally the warmer the temperature the faster the yeast will chew through the sugars but then you may get some undesired flavours/aromas, fluctuating temp is not good either for that same reason. If you're using a good ale yeast, they'll recommend brewing around 18 degrees, for lager yeasts it will be lower. Keep it dark away from UV while it's fermenting, and same goes for once it's bottled. Try to avoid clear bottles, brown ones are the best. You can put a brew down for $15 and get 60 stubbies or 30 tallies/long necks/king browns etc. If you wanna get more info you can find craploads on aussie home brew forums. Google will help you out. Eventually once you get sick of bottling, you can setup a kegging system in an old fridge and have your own brews on tap
  9. I've heard though, that if you do register with the Do Not Call thingo you end up getting more calls from charities and surveys etc because they are exempt from it and to them it's like saying "ring me, ring me"
  10. Hmmm, every few months I hear of this same (or similar variation) email. I don't understand how you could be charged for someone else ringing your phone
  11. Was followed by, then followed an FG XR6T ute yesterday arvo on Kelvin Grove Rd, with strategically placed LED arrays front and back. Had a "Special Edition" sticker on the tailgate under the TURBO badge, I had to LOL. He was giving it a bit of stick through the traffic, sounded good. Must've been one of those special modded police falcons... My main gripe about unmarked cars ducking and weaving through traffic at speed is that they probably give a bad perception about all falcon drivers being hoons. I'm sure despite the grin on the drivers face they had important stuff to do though and weren't just enjoying the boost.
  12. Electro-Ute Auto Electrical I guess you'd need a ute for it to work though. "We'll C you"
  13. That's it, I'm sold on black again, it looks fricken awesome.

I think the issue with getting blown is that since he's 17 (and therefore probably on his P's) he won't be able to drive a blown car. So go the luxo pack instead.

  16. I like the "While Stocks Last" bit too.
  17. Maybe the majority of those that share her views don't actually live in her electorate? Or maybe they thought that whoever they voted for instead of her represented even more of their views.
  18. http://whirlpool.net.au/ I hope this all turns around and bites him in the bum
  19. Don't forget that the money for nothing payout *Might* not go ahead, pending this court decision... that might sour a few more palates of Chairman Rudd's blind followers that were looking forward to it.
  20. Yeah I've tried that in the past, holding it flat for about 10 seconds. Also have heard to turn the key to ON, hold the pedal flat for a few seconds then let go, then start the car.

I'm no expert on the timeline of Subway's baked goods, but think the classic V-cut died mainly due to the types of bread they started using (I.e Parmesan Oregano, Italian Herbs & Cheese), because you'd be cutting off these herby/cheesy toppings with the V-cut. By doing the side cut the herby/cheesy toppings stay put. With just white and wheat this never posed a problem.
  22. Yeah I've had the same issue lately, probably about 50% of the times that I start it. It's BA MkII mid 05. Stupid question but what is involved with recalibrating the new TPS?

As said adding too many jalapenos may lead to running a bit rich and could affect AFR and give a more sulphuric exhaust. Premium bottled sugared Coke will yield higher gains than un-sugared post-mix Coke Zero. Old english cheese would also be more responsive on the bum-ometer than swiss.
  24. The way Ford Australia will cope if that thing replaces the Falcon
