having not so capable clutches are meant to be there to cushion the impact on the gearbox not totally destroy it , if ford had a half decent clutch assy for a starters that would not have happened

sedans are different to utes, with the ute you can run alot lower fuel level. the higher the power with the sedans the worse they get. I remember craig had to run over 3 quarters of a tank to drag his when it was making 385ish rwkw

That s correct they do give a quote, we always over quote. but with a job that big I wwill not start if they havent written a quote on the front, no qoute on the front of the repair order means that they havent told the customer how much. and at that stage we will ring the customer and verify the dollar figure

15 inch steel rims wont fit without modifying the brakes but there are some aftermarket alloy wheels that do fit over the standard brakes. Hope that hepls

adams had high flow turbo. but they will handle a ten sec pass and up to 400rwkw

with the 2jz you will not need to replace the bottom end for that power, those things are bullet proof that's assuming you have a supra

I had a suzuki swift with 72 front wheel kw and broke 6 gearboxs in 12 months because it would axle tramp and thump into gears, I turbo'd it and running 182 front wheel kw and it would spin every gear except 4th and 5th and I had this setup for 2 years and only broke 1 box, the wheelspin was taking the pressure off the driveline but not the clutch (21 later)

having big brakes you are limited to what you are able to use, with stock suspension and some et street radials, they should hook up fine. once you start running over 350rwkw I would look at replacing the rear brakes with stock ones and run a 15inch drag slick, you will need mags or you will have to modify the standard rear brakes to fit widened stockies, I found out the hard way.

The territory rims will take those tyres. Not sure on the 16 's, I know the premium brakes they will definetly fit over the brakes
