good power in a work ute, you can never have enough for carting heavy loads, I also have a PWR cooler so there might be hope for me yet!!!!!

definately need a re-tune, if its anything like when I fitted a larger IC you will have lean AFR's with the increased air flow

hence the importance of a good relationship with your local tuner, not a traveling circus

had the same prob not long ago, where the line joins under the windscreen on the passenger side, just pull them appart and clear the line to remove a possible air lock, worked a treat for me

does the car still have stock injectors?

DYNO FIGURES ARE JUST NUMBERS, do not be sucked into "the number is higher it must have more power" as you have found out the way it makes power, it is actually slower than what you had before, if you went to a tuner in your area you could go back and have the problem rectified there and then not having to wait for weeks with an "off tune", while it may seem good to have a rush of boost and have big wheel spin you will infact be going backwards

try a pwr cooler for around $170, I got mine from e-bay and fitted it behind the drivers fog light, kit came with everyting supplied

if I had a car like that I wouldnt hesitate to show it off if someone wanted a look, seems suss

under the new laws, it is not discrimination if the empoyer says theres not much work so either you go back to casual or there is no job

that was told to me by a ford tech, most dealers dont know what it is or even to look for it, but if they find it and are a bit sus about things, all it takes is a call to Ford and they will find out

the edit displays a certain code (not sure what it is) and if the dealer susspects anything and calls Ford they can then inform the dealer if it has been edited, BA or not

personally I would not go for that its not enough and as for the overtime rates why not have time and half for 2 hours then double time after that and double time for as long as you are working

judging by the only mods you have are the bigger cooler, you have overboost issues, if it didnt do it before with the stock cooler and it is doing it now with a bigger free flowing cooler, bing, there is your answer
