Really whats the cost of rebuilding the ZF through an experienced outlet? For me NOT having the frustration of doing it myself would be worth the $$$ in paying someone else. Plus there is always addiotional things the outlets do in the rebuilds that are not listed elsewhere.

Ho Ho! Coming up, VSprings, PW cooler, ported/flapper F6 huffer, 4" X Force Xhaust, PW Surge tank. FG tune plus flush n refill with what Monsta Torque use. Rob n Darren will get it all sorted.... I think June or July... This will be nutz, goes pretty good as it is. Just some final finishing touches to go with the new front Sway Bar.

I use BMW concentrate coolant. Fill reservoir until 3/4 full, squeeze top rad hose to assist in removing air. Keep doing until no more trapped air.

Water sprays onto the outer core of your Intercooler will help out heaps.

Get Rob to Port the housing n fit bigger actuator. You keep the housing for future upgrade on turbo. Your mods suggest way more power, with that come boost, right? The need to control the boost is critical, hence the porting. Rob will tune your car so everything is operating as best it can with what you have. Doesnt mean to maximum potential, as he will be limited with boost control.

Any update of noise level decrease with new carbon in place?

Ha Ha! Love it. Awesome to see people trying/doing mods outside the normal circle of thinking. Shaft is balanced Turbine is balanced Compressor is balanced Sounds balanced to me. Bit like static balancing a crank n rods of which handle greater forces.
