XR8 with full system!! ← Yeah now that's a V8Would love one of those they are soJust have a drag man, its to much fun. the Turbo should beat it, theres not much lag and yip the fairmont ghia are only 220 kw. Once the V8 got wound up it could be a bit more interesting but off the mark you should have no trouble at all. Nm do count for a lot though. Look forward to hearing how it goesThe series 3 AUs were great cars, the XR6 as well. Drove one recently and its amazing how much its aged compared to the BA 2 and BF.Only advice I can give is be positive, smooth and drive to the sound of the engine, I used to drive trucks with anything up to 18 gears and found that the more I concentrated on changing the gears the worse things got. In the end I just relaxed and drove the machines and it just came right, if you try to hard things will get worse. that's my experience anyway. I have a 6 speed manual GT and love it. I had an SSS Turbo which was great but I just love the manual gearboxes. A lot of drive line shunt occurs when people change gears going to slow or drivers who are roughHave a look at the FPV website, they have them there but you have to buy an FPV car to get oneI had a T and loved it, I now have a GT now and enjoy that moregreat stuff, I know a few are having problems with there cars but its good to hear that there are good cars out there including my GT
