the supercharged gts is going to be amazing! I hope it does happen, and I think it HAS to happen, to keep up with ford. no offence to ford fan boys, but I think the s/c gts will be a better package than the ford equivalent

yeah... It starts blowing out in cost with the auto, tailshaft and diff. How many guys are running stock tailshaft and stock diff with a built auto? Surely something has to give....

I was aware of the vcm tune, but seems not as popular as the sct flash tuner. Will the vcm suite be locked to an individual tuner? What shops in Perth deal with vcm?

So it's likely that the car was sold tuned, but without the flash tuner. That's a bit of a bummer

Ratter, would there be any telling signs that the car has been returned to the stock tune before selling, other than putting the car on a dyno? I believe that these mods on a factory tune can cause all sorts of drama, and the flash tuner wasn't sold with the car. Is it correct that the flash tuner is only able to be used elsewhere if the factory tune is loaded back into the car before selling the flash box off? Would hate for the car to be over boosting on a stock tune because the previous owner wanted to make an extra few $$ by selling the flash box separately

The stock stuff usually handles 400kw if you don't beat up on it. It's when the auto tune is done and stalling the car up a lot that things start to break. In saying that though, you could be unlucky at any power, and something could let go

same as mine except I have the stage 3 pw cooler and the gtx3582r. I made 380kw on 17psi and 410kw on 22psi

The only thing I could think of is that the fg2 has changed the piping in this area, and plazmaman are supporting the change? It's a long shot, but why else would you fix something that isn't broken?
