you know how ppl carry on about how weak the manual T-5 is, well this should be a good test as to how good the auto and manual are. My guess is with this sort about power the auto will give up way before the manual will....you see you can still drive a stuffed manual, it just grates an is hard to get into gear, where are the autos clutch packs just slip and won't get the power down also the auto would cost a sh*te load more to rebuild then the manual, ALSO I'm pretty sure there would heaps more hot up bits for the T-5 then the BTR auto. yeah for sure, that pic is out of motor, PCOTY....it's the citrus rush turbo they used, which has clearly been touch-up.... doesn't look bad though.... Dave....

I don't like the way it changes down....in a manual I always 'blip' the throttle on the way down, the auto won't do that it just sounds like some retard that doesn't blip the throttle as they slowly slip the clutch out.... Dave.

so basically what we need a bleed valve for the turbo to raise boost and then something to trick the pressure senser that everything is still stock.... then everything you take it into be service you remove the valve and ford would be nun the wiser.... correct?? Dave.

the problem is once the kit and new headlining is in, it very hard to get to the drains, you have to pull part of the headlining down and then refit it and that can result in problems.... Dave.

not a problem lighting.....also one thing that ppl forget is that sunroofs need to be serviced, to clean drains and check for any faults....ford should do with their servicing.... Dave.

all the V8s run a the Tremac TR3550....

well I'm not too sure about the AU/BA ute, we have actually never done one before!!....but you could easily fit a Large Emerald, which is a 1-way pop-up style 'roof. The large is about the same size as the TVS 43.5 that we fit to AU/BA sedans (these are all Hollandia sunroofs, the same that ford and Expensive Daewoo fit standard). one of the guys at work has an XF ute with an Emerald extra large in it, now that's a big 'roof, it's over 1100mm wide!!! I think it's the largest one available.....anyhoo give as a call at Ultracool sunroof and trimming, I can't remember the phone no. though (I don't have to ring work very often)....also the Emerald extra larges are going pretty cheap, they don't sell very well as they don't fit in too many cars... anyhoo I hope that helps...
