Well doesn't appear I can sleep past 6am lately. Everybody else is still asleep so it's me not them. Don't start work until 9.30 either. I don't get it.

Haha. It's got a towbar but I've never used it. Got a patrol for towing stuff. Would damaged trailer plug wiring cause the drama? Interesting. Will have a Capt Cook tomorrow

Was a lot of body fat there mate. Still probably got an easy 10 to go. Haven't done any Olympic still lifting mate. Just the big 3.

Actual 1rm is a 230kg single for deadlifts at the moment but I've been losing weight, lost 14kgs so far. Only did the 5 at 190 on Sunday, was all feeling a bit heavy.

That's awesome Dave, I did deads today as well. Only just got the 5x190 on the program today. Was a tough session today, everything felt heavier than normal.

Hi crew I was heading to the gym today and as I reversed out of the driveway I noticed the indicator lights on the dash were flashing left, right, left, right, left, right. I checked the indicator stalk and it was in the off position. The bulbs weren't flashing outside and it only did it intermittently. Any idea what the hell is going on? I tried to search here and on google but no cigar.

No liner in the boot lid mate

Yeah, while they yank it up or push it down, no good. Can here the clicking in the boot so no fuse problems

Tried the inside latch mate, no dice. There's no key hole on the outside so not sure what to do now.

Hey gents, Went to open the boot today via the remote latch inside the car and also the button on the key and I can hear the latch activating but it won't open. Have also been inside the boot and tried the manual boot release and no joy. Help! How do I get it open?!?

Not always a good thing having the gym to yourself. Couldn't quite get 'er done today. Haha. I'm all good though.
