Nasty. There are so many cheap wheels around now. It wasn't long ago aftermarket wheels were made by a select few. My mate bought Simmons wheels 20 years ago and they were mega expensive then. I had a set of Boyd Coddingtons once, should never have sold them. Chinese crud everywhere now. Are they even made to a standard? You won't have a problem with Brembo's!

I put a deposit on a 2012 Ranger Wildtrak in Metro Grey today. It has all the fruit, more than my G6! Cool vehicle. Ford have kicked arse with this new model. Sad to see the G6 go, but not fringe friggin benifit tax!!! Oh and don't ask what I've lost.

Long story short. Im looking at selling the G6ET because FBT is a farkin ripp off($10,000)!!!! And seeing there is only two decent vehicles that are exempted worth owning, the new Ranger and the Amarok, I'm getting a few prices etc. Ford offered me..................wait for it............G6ET..........35,000KM..............50TH......all the fruit..................$24,000 trade in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $54,000 18 months ago.

I just got 590km out of a tank. Average 10.8k/100. Drving to work, sitting 90-100kph most the time, 80k return trip. I do boot it a fair bit, but hardly any driving in traffic. that's 190km more than my SS Crewman which had 30kw's less grunt. Bloody amazing these force fed motors!!!

Yep,driving lights,they look tacky.The XT has none and the G6E and T have chrome strips. Also a bit weird. I like the grill on the XR6 and T though.

I saw a G6 MK2 today. What the hell are those chrome trims around the fogs! Horrible. Its like they have to change the look of the new model and dont know what to do. ''If we add these chrome trims it will change the look of the front, done" "But it looks crap, it dosent matter, we will just put different ones on the G6ET" As long as its different, that's fine. The front of the XR looks the best out of all of them. Just my 2cents.

My old ipod classic and iphone played up too. Get a new ipod nano and put all your music on that. Its nice and small, stays in the car permantly and works great. Much better option. Try updating your iphone also. And the gas charged lifting things(that's the technical term) arent strong enough to lift my balls let alone the boot. Piss weak.
