F6 Secondary Intake And K&n
what would you use to close the stock airbox-left hand side hole?, where the standard under bonnet snorkel(not typhoon snorkel) used to go? When I upgraded the intercooler +cold side piping this had to go and now its open to the engine bay. I have a (dont laugh) plastic lid from a jar that fits perfectly but worried it might melt there....

Is Ethanol Blended Fuel "evil"?
my car, BF2 has a tag on the fuel lid "E10 compliant" or something. I ran it a couple of times, pre-tuned and it seemed ok. I used to run my fairlane 5.0 NF on e10 95 for several years and didnt have issues. I mainly did that as the it would ping on 91. I think in the mid 90s standard unleaded was 95 octane.?

Im no deadlifting expert, but on the initial phase of the lift you might have rounding your shoulder and using your lower back to start the lift, which might have contributed. the only downside of this method is when you start hitting the heavier weights 160kg or so its easy to injure yourself.next time try push down with your heels on the initial part of the lift, keep you upper back straight. they are good, I had chronic back pain and started this lift 2 yrs ago, back is waay better now that I can even do bb bent over rows for the 1st time last week in about 8yrs.

not sure, the back extensions I used to do involved lying front facing with your stomach on a square large pad. your feet are hooked on some leg extension type roller pads. you would then do like a 'reverse situp' I.e. head towards the floor and back up, exercising your lower back. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_extension

If OP is like me(not much of a mechanic), reversing a turbo side install is another trip to Pitlane- Herrod Cai
Yep, I put any pod filter is illegal with IC mods..my point being which one is easier to reverse in case you have to go through the pits? 'Turbo Intercooler' writing still is a stock item, maybe that's enough for no further checks? - Herrod Cai
