  1. There are a few on here: http://www.bseries.com.au
  2. For a start it wouldnt fit, as its designed to go on top of the bulge specifically. Not to mention its looks awful (IMO). Its just plastic right? A plastic 'cap' like that would be very unflattering to the car once 'weathered' by the elements I'd think.
  3. 1
  4. Wow, I really didnt think it would be such a let down. Looks like a bog standard TT. Me lols @ $75k pricetag.
  5. Mate, I've seen that OBD-II centrafuse addon! What parameters can it display- ie just the ones in the pic on the website, or more? And what ELM interface did you use?
  6. whoops, I meant aftermarket diff BUSHES for BF. Carry on.
  7. Are aftermarket diffs only still for BA, or are they made for BF now too? Dont want anything too hard though, hate to bust the diff cover.
  8. And replacement AADI CVs through hqracer are cheap too. Link to the last group buy (now closed): http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...mp;#entry624910
  9. Those are on Utes, with the live axle. What are you Sean, sedan or ute?? If Ute, looks like your problems could be solved. If its a sedan, well I've got Bilstein and Kings on mine and still get tramp. Can't f*cking stop it, so I'm buying some better CVs.
  10. Your car should already have an immobiliser.
  11. Bloody sensational; I'll give $50. I'm in Adelaide though, and most certainly won't be able to make the testing, unless it's on the weekend or something. Mega kudos to Nizpro too.
  12. Dont be discouraged, go somewhere else. When I bought mine, I was "offered" full RRP by a place that I'd been to numerous times prior to sitting down to talk $. I didnt appreciate that BS I was fed either. I ended up buying WELL below the RRP from a place that I had only emailed once for a quote, before going down to check them out and sign the paperwork.
  13. definately the way to go. No ones mentioned an important thing to consider yet though, so I'll say it - as soon as you use the flasher, your engine and drivetrain warranty are gone. There are a few thousand threads on mods/edit vs warranty, so make sure you have a read and understand what you're giving up. If loss of warranty doesnt bother you though, flash away! And get a custom tune if you're going to flash.
  14. Since we've already established its an auto its a moot point really, but you wouldn't need to touch the T56 gearbox or the AP twin plate clutch found in the F6s for 350rwkw at all.
  15. PLEASE!! Can everyone please stop dancing around the real issue here??? Theres only one true way to test for the best IC. Sat night cruise down Chapel St. in Melb. The one that pulls the biggest crowd at maccas afterward = the win. The can be only one.
  16. Wot he said
  17. Nizpro's own thread on their new cooler (registration possibly required): http://forums.nizpro.com.au/showthread.php?t=72 Includes comments on their new IC vs competitors kits (Process West, Plazmaman, APS, stock F6 and Wog cooler). No actual test result 'data' is supplied of course, but there are general comments on the test findings. Also includes a table of the various IC characteristics, and measurements of the different kits. Whatever you make of it, its about the closest we've come to any sort of published comparison between the popular kits. Edit: I checked and you do need to register to see the article. Even though Nizpro's a site sponsor, they havent posted it in their section here yet, so I'm not going to do it.
  18. Sounds about right. that's what I was told too if I remember, but I still got a generous chunk off the RRP.
  19. Hey what documents are those out of f-wolf? Ford manual or someone elses?
  20. Big bang, noises like glass shattering and it now has difficulty selecting gears?? Sounds like you've (or rather your mate has) destroyed third and f*cked your box. DRTYBOOST, at the end of the day it doesn't matter wtf we think it is, get the car on a flat bed and take it to the place where you had the gearbox work done. Dont drive it, you'll just cause more damage. I'd ring Mal Wood tomorrow as well.
  21. I can envisage a pretty interesting decision process for people when the Series 2 Orion is about to hit the streets in a couple years. "Do I grab a runout 300kw series 1 with the legacy I6 turbo engine, or hang out for the new twin turbo albeit an unknown quantity?" Oooooh, pressure
  22. yeah me too, that's sounds great!!
  23. "For the win". Triumphant geek speak if you will. Apparently can also mean "f*ck the world" for those bikies among us.
  24. I6 single turbo. 300kw.
  25. Easily accessible inline turbo filter replacement kit FTW!
