Need To Get My Shine Back!
I gave her her second last wash today in preparation. This is the car prior to the paint correction I'm about to do.

Need To Get My Shine Back!
Lol, yeah I guess it's pretty shiny. I'd love to see it finished with a sealant. What you're looking at it just the naked paint - no sealant, no nothing else. Some more close-up pics, where I've tried to capture the fleck in the paint:

Where would one find said chrome bar...? I've been after a front grill without the FPV crap on it for like ages.

Watched it, and didn't mind it actually. Some highlights for me were: - comments about kidneys not being an organ like the liver eg. unable to recover if abused - 2g per pound of body weight protein is all George advocates - negative effects of high protein on kidneys (Kai only uses 1 shake per day), and how it should come from food - comments about cardio assisting with muscle atrophy - joint training vs muscle training All and all it was ok. Would I pay the standard 5k that George charges - HELL NO. Seemed like pretty standard sensible nutrition advice to me. A lot of people have no idea though which is why George is able to charge 5k and drive around Lamborghini's and Ferraris. Pretty big dude if he's telling the truth and hasn't trained for over 2 years :$- Weight Training For Beginners
1 hour and in HD - well done. I'll watch later on. I'm not a fan of Kai though. He thinks he's smarter than he actually is, and plus I don't like grape fruit... I'm more old school - let your training do the talking: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6OGMjwKEgM'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6OGMjwKEgM- Need To Get My Shine Back!
I'm not really familiar with those Megs products you've mentioned however your process looks good.- Need To Get My Shine Back!
I wasn't joking earlier when I said white's one of the easiest colours to maintain. It depends on what kind of finish you're chasing but you may want to look at a beginner machine like a random orbital. Specifically what was "pretty ordinary"? Hmm so I'd be ok with 295s on my 10" rim after a little roll action...? Mines a sedan. - Need To Get My Shine Back!
