You better start researching combustion chamber design and quench volume/area given your intended higher compression.

From.What I understand quench is heat transfer to the block

Essentially a smaller piston has a greater quench and taller one has less

As I'll be running e85 90% of the time it won't come into play too much but will affect my petrol tune for sure
