phoned Brisbane engine balancing at Capalaba , he said to balance the engine would cost $255 and to get the engine hot tanked cleaned and the crank cleaned up and to hone the bore fit bearings and rings would only set me back about $1000 to $1300 . he has done a lot of work for a mate of mine that has toranas and old fords (351 ) never had a problem with him . the owner of the machine shop said that the falcon engine are simple as to assemble if you got the right tools .

well ,I have decided to listen to Jamie only from now on . He is the one in the know how , not me or some of the forum members . He said that standard rods and pistons are fine to use for the power I am after . Bomber the only reason I was going to get the engine build with new rods and pistons was because you asked Tony for a price which you pm me(as you commented it would be a shame NOT to fit new rods and pistons ) . the price you gave me was $3300 which I thought was a fair price and I was going to get it done .But after phoning him my self and realising that you gave me wrong information about the price (he said it would cost me $4250 ) . so please just back off with the little digs you give me as you were the person that was giving me the wrong advise . and now you try to make me look like the person that can not make up his mind , I know that I like to ask a lot of questions and come across as a idiot to most but lot of that is due to my spelling and grammar
