Well turns out he didn't have enough spare cash to front the funds for the Vivosmart, oh well...least he got the shorts. I'll pick one up on break.

Update : wore the hrm all day at work today just as a test... Passed with flying colours ... Spot on every time I checked and never stopped working or anything.

Most importantly I didn't even notice it there ... Now this is subjective coz I am a woman so I already wear a bra strap so I obviously am used to something being there. But the strap itself it comfy and doesn't dig in at all

Typical work office day is 8-9k here.. But weekends are 12-16k usually..

Golfing or mowing pushes me over 20k..

Still a fat bastard..

Well I don't have a band yet, but have played squash for an hour or so the last 3 nights...so I'd say my steps per day would be well up there. Been making sure I eat healthier too, having salad in my lunch roll and avoiding deep fried stuff whenever possible. Also, cut caffeine completely and I've been sleeping better. Haven't once this week lay awake for hours wishing I could get to sleep...this pleases me :dancing:

Lost a few kg plateaued and started to lose again.

Just need to be consistent.
