April 17, 201412 yr #82 OMFG! I've worked it out........ They are genuine stripes and it's an eBay Gt, that's why FPV won't respond!
April 17, 201412 yr #83 Author Haha that's definitely a theory Ralphy...Got an email from Ford saying they were "concerned to hear about my dissatisfaction with one of their dealers and the ongoing concerns regarding my decals. It's been assigned to a case manager in the customer relations team who is currently following up on my enquiry and will get back to me in due course."...whatever the heck that means.
April 17, 201412 yr #84 They are on holidays and that's just the Out Of Office Auto-responder they always have set
April 17, 201412 yr #85 Author Wouldn't surprise me. The chick did tell me who the case manager would be too and at least referenced my actual concerns...not expecting much to come of it, but who knows...maybe Ford will play the game and attempt to make me happy If not they'll get a phone call from me once a day until they do haha Edited April 17, 201412 yr by dowen

April 17, 201412 yr #87 It's sad , but there 're many Ralph stories like the one above...I am note sure the root cause is the brand . I have held many brands, and on reflection I can say , it is very much a relationship which you have with the shop/dealership/sales person , etc , that appears to make the difference . However, I don't know, whether in Ralph's example , it's Mazda itself that makes that customer service change happen without the dealership not feeling the pain of an out of pocket expense, or whether the dealership take it upon itself as a matter of after sale service. Would the same dealer have done the same , if instead of a Mazda , it had been an Jeep and or Ford?

They rang to tell me that they will be replacing the seat under warranty.I could not even get Ford to fix my handbrake on my new 2004 BA XR6 Turbo, that never worked from new. They wanted to charge me for it because it was a wearable part.Fark Tards..................
April 18, 201412 yr #89 I took my car to ford for a clutch issue.. They said the floor mat was stopping the clutch pedal going all the way to the floor. I said I dont have any mats. They told me they had fitted a set and that's the problem. Edited April 18, 201412 yr by arronm
