Yeah we had e98 and saw GTX35 at 510 rwkws whilst using 1000's (FiveOmotorsports Black Ops) were pretty much locked open.

You'd go close to 575 with e85 and 0.85 and up lambda!

Thanks John, wasn't sure on boost but that makes sense, OP must have some other issue to be running out of injector at that boost level.

are they guessing the duty cycle or measuring it, many people do not have the equipment to measure

I just use Livelink to log injector pulsewidth and rpm and then convert to duty cycle. The dyno logging setup would be ideal (like you have I believe). I agree with you though, doesn't seem like a lot of measuring goes on!!

check the reg would be ny next guess. We've seen it a few times of late that there's been an issue. Had plenty of pump, plenty of inj but just couldn't get fuel into it. Reg was getting sad or just not big enough for the application.

Thanks for the help guys. Going to do some data logging and check a few things. Im sure my fuel pressure is on the low side hence the high inj duty cycle. But like I said, I have the process west full setup. But is the fuel pressure manually set or does it vary with inputs from ecu etc?

It's a mechanical return system so check the pressure at idle with the vacuum line off. Should be 4 bar.
