I wonder if you could have accidentally locked the car with the keys inside their fore rendering it untowable, I would hire the best lawyer you can and fight the charges especially if you have a clean record rich people always get off and do much worse

Everything is towable. Bit of detergent on the tilt tray and you can scull drag a car onto it. Plus, probably cop a yellow sticker on sideways for your trouble

I said "accidentally" then argue later in court that they took no care when loading your car its all perception the police aren't flawless they only need to make afew mistakes and a lawyer will get people off

Yesssss!^^^^

You can lawyer up and fight it, but if you know you were in the wrong surely better to cop it on the chin. Otherwise it's like pretending you are not responsible for your own actions...which seems the way of the world unfortunately. If it was to escape an accident or something fair enough though.

You can get off this, or at least a greatly reduced penalty.

If you've got money.

Either way, the judge's mindset:

SPEEDING = MURDER.

Almost makes me cry the tow truck dude doing that to your car. It's a rort how they get the jobs from the cops like they do and go and treat people like this - you're still paying for the "service".

Goodluck!
