another thing to remember is there may be a lot more parts required to rectify the air bag deployment rather than just new air bags

no need to sell vehicle, repair cost isn't that bad.

FORDPRO SPARES-

all parts: $1500

parts including labour drive in drive out : $2500

FAIRFORD SPARES-

parts:

srs module and airbag ( $220 and $110 )

sideskirt $250

door shell $330

whole left rear side suspension and components $600

TOTAL $1510

After everything is fixed I will have to go to ford and get the SRS module coded for $150

From a panel beater or just spare parts place? I would pay to get the car on a jig to see if its still straight

just spare parts place today, tomorrow panel beaters. Will be a hassle towing the car to a panel beater, will see if anyone is prepared to come home and inspect it

^^ Ford Freak is just telling the truth, the panel shop quote is going to be the closest to being accurate and as mentioned, it may need to be jigged to make sure all is straight, there's a big difference between fixing it properly and making it appear fixed
