Henz your a keyboard worrier stop crying bout the fact they aren't real! I had the real deal and they buckled on me they are not made as good as they use to be so don't hate mate! And as I drive the car ie daily and my wife to I don't see The point in paying $5000 without tyres or there bout just to have them marked or buckled ! I suppose haters will hate !! If it upsets you bout the heading well so b it and I can afford them there just not worth the money anymore!! Peace out thanks to other for there opinions end

Good choice. I've been thing about Vertini Drift Gold, because I can't afford Simmons FRs (at least going by the prices on the Simmons web site).

Mate they are made in sydney!!

The centres are made here... the actual rim/rings are made in china.

Ive looked at 2x sets of 20's on FG's... all I can say is that theyre very heavy copared to the originals. That was disappointing. Also brake dust really affects the alloy.

Kudos to Tempe for taking them on.. but I feel that the quality just isn't the same..especially for the $$$$ theyre charging.

I have tempes contact in china through my mate. The original owner of Simmons went overseas for them to make the wheels cheaper for him,, then the design was stolen at it was not patented

I think the Tempe Simmons are very overpriced. That's why I think these copies are a good deal for the price, especially if like g6e-psi said if the car is a daily and you buckle a wheel a lot cheaper to replace.

And I was right, I knew they were not 100% Aussie made.

Henz, if you don't like the heading and it upsets you so much mate, maybe try and stop reading it, pretty simple really.

I hate fakers, even worse when people claim they're something they're not, would have got a compliment from me if it wasn't for the heading claiming they're Simmons when they're not.

on another note,a few members were saying that there getting the cheaper ones coz the tempe ones buckled and would cost a s$%load..what a load of bollocks..ive respectively owed almost 6 sets of fr's from 17"-19"..my wife buckled two 19" rims of my and coz there 3 piece we just got the dish changed $130 ea from tempe which I reckon is peanuts! the fake wheels are one piece,if they buckle or crack gonna have to get another rim? pretty sure 18" simmons have the same center as the 19" just bigger dish..

p.s in china there are no copyright laws at all,you pay the price and they will make anything simplez!

in all honesty my opinion is people get what they can afford which isnt henz problem ist stating that the wheels are simmons when there not? I dont see why people are having dramas with it? my

I just payed 4k for my 22" fr's tempe ones of course..lol
