March 12, 201313 yr #13 Yup we got very few who will spend money to race Its been missing for 10 years and I think/know that its silly to assume everyone would just start racing over night again Alot of locals sold up and gave drag racing away 10 years has damaged the drag racing economy in SA
March 12, 201313 yr #14 Should get a syringe.. Jab it in fluffa and steal some pregnancy hormones Jet.. Stick em in the fuel tank and the car will either run a 9 second 1/4 or refuse to stage because it feels fat and ugly..Farkn panda loling hard at this! !!!U so get it!
March 12, 201313 yr #15 Why is it a local track like Portland can run well, and with good support, and a city track folds??? Is it the owners in Adelaide(not the promoter) that is the problem?? Same owner, same reason Calder doesnt run well.
March 13, 201313 yr #16 From what I can tell Rino's hire costs are stupidly high, thus a cheap street meet isn't possible. I think it's in excess of $30,000 per weekend of hire regardless of whether used for 1 day only or 3. Then on top of that hire is all promotion costs, ambo, insurance etc. And jet is right. People aren't geared up for racing any more. Sad really
March 13, 201313 yr #17 It sux for us but it still isnt viable if us lot entered every time It needs loads more support than a select few Man camp to heathcote was always fun, back to that lol
