what do you do instead?

machine up some plastic/metal pieces that hold down the coils, which have a spot for a bolt like the FG's do (and of course drill and tap some holes for the bolts to grab onto in the valve cover)?

Go Permaseal,

The coil tube seals in the other kits are too small and are difficult to get into position correctly.

Blade bushes?  I found replacing mine with Superpro at the front end of the rear blades improved the back end a lot.

It could be man. I have some there to put in but my cheap arse socket flared when I went to undo a bolt so I have to buy a quality socket.

 

It's a pita to drive an 80km round trip for a socket but I spose I'll have to do it eventually.

expensive quality socket set that has a lifetime warranty is 100% worth the money, imho!
