I hate cops. They may just be doing their job, but only a w@nker would ever apply & want to do that job in the first place. Therefore - all cops are w@nkers.

Don't get me wrong though. I think they provide an invaluable service to the community and society would be much worse without them, because they need to be there to control the idiots, junkies, mentally diminished, fools, sexual offenders etc.

Yeah I totally agree.

Especially the ones that put their lives on the line for our safety and do the sort of things that nobody ever wants to do.

Traffic police would probably only account for 15% of the force, and probably only 5% of those have ego problems (as there are in every profession), but why not tar them all with the one brush. They’re all scum aren’t they, especially the pricks that catch me doing something wrong.

Wow, so the RMS and EPA doing checks on illegal modified cars has turned into a cop bashing thread. If you do not have a poorly modified car, you do not have much to worry about.

EFSIX, looks like you failed hard at the attitude test and got fined for the way you treated the cops. Having a attitude towards the cops will generally result in you being the one who gets hard done by.

They could not give a crap about who you were, you were breaking the laws and gave them lip. Looks like they were doing a good job.

I bet the people bashing cops here will be the first to cry for help when they are being attacked or something else that needs police assistance. If you are being a dick on the road, you deserve to be treated as one.

My opinion is that they are there just enforcing rules already put in place. The cop that pulls you over for a random check didn't make the laws, and most likely doesn't agree with all of them anyways but it's his job to enforce them. He has also probably been sworn at by 10 idiots that day already so be nice to te guy and he may give you some slack.

Got pulled over for mildly speeding.

Apologised to the cop.. Gave a reason.. Asked how his day was going.. Got off without a fine..

I can see why swearing at the cop is a good idea.. I wanted that fine..
