Hey guys when an got my 2011 euro vi xr6t tuned at hightorque last week mods include

Rapid v.o2 kit with intake

5 inch cat , an 60lb injectors

Car should be making 300rwkw with ease?? It's running 14 psi leading back to 11 anyone know what the go is? I have been told the euros have a difference dump but not 100% sure

  • Mine runs 13psi and currently makes 310rwkw, by the same tuner. It's best run was 315rwkw. I use the standard actuator. I run the Venom bolt up cat, factory F6 injectors, PWR stepped cooler, coolerw

LOL, he only made 280rwkw's, not having a laugh at you James, just the other two that didn't read the topic right....

A lot of tunes including mine, peak at a certain psi, then tapper off to lower boost, its mainly due to stock actuators or they way the tuner has tuned it, to give a bit off a rush at the start...

Not too sure whats holding it back, it should be making a bit more, have a look in the 300rwkw section and see what other FG's have done, I haven't heard of the dump thing though...

Yeah I was Thinking of doing a actuator but like f%k it should be making 300 I have herd that the euros have a restrictive ring in them, ? Yeah most people havnt even done coolers an they are getting 300 with the standed intake location!!! But you would think the exhgust shop would have taken it out!!

Hi-Torque where mate?

Mph at a track will give you a better indication than any dyno. Numbers differ day to day and dyno to dyno.

11psi is kinda low though. Valve springs?

The smaller turbo does run out in the top end and not having the turbo mods wont help this and boost does fade.

I dont know about "making it with ease" as with whats been said before, all dynos are different

what did your tuner say?

^^^ agree. What I meant in my earlier post too btw was Hi-Torque Performance Gold Coast, or somewhere else.
