On my rims the best place to start would be the lip or from the wheel nut holes (it actually has started to peel on 2 holes from the socket rubbing the plastidip up)

I cleared them in plasti dip gloss clear and they look ace. 2 wheels per can I got. $24.95 is a better price than ebay. If its cheaper than that somewhere let me know I am doing my T as soon as possible. 2
