My local performance shop (Fisher Performance) in Adelaide told me that with my BF MKII I can achieve 300+rwkw EASY with a decent exhaust (3.5" dump + 2.5" twin back + high flow cat) valued around $2200 and a good flash tune for $1500.

Now, that seems pretty decent despite not changing any internals or the fuel system.

Would that be with some 42lb injectors?

It'd have to be otherwise they have no Idea what they're talking about. Maybe the wog works there, he's the only one that can get stock injectors past 300 isn't he?

I wouldn't take my lawn mower to fishers...

Look on some old threads... That's a lot of coin for only 280kws

SA cars make 300 (so that's 280 Vic kws) with Tune, injectors, cooler, gutted cat, and then depending on the km's and condition (if they start to go sloppy) valve springs.

A lot of coin for the power me thinks.... I know it's a bf but my bf2 made 279 tune only.

I would have said stay away from Fisher, but that's just Adelaide rwkw.. should be doable.
