I actually had a chat with the owner one night at WSID, he was very happy with it.do you know what sort of times it was running? With cooler fuel and intake charge. Can ppl use smaller inter coolers to off set this ? As with exhaust , a lot more condensation in the exhaust , mild steel might rust out prematurely?Flame me if I am off track 2 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77949-e85/page/182/#findComment-1403060 Share on other sites
LU82 Bronze Donating Members 569 Member For: 12y 4m 4d Posted 01/07/13 12:20 PM Share Posted 01/07/13 12:20 PM Depends on how much power you are chasing , if your intercooler is too small it will become a flow restriction. And yes I think most people go with stainless when choosing an exhaust when they run e85 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77949-e85/page/182/#findComment-1403106 Share on other sites
Justa6 Member 214 Member For: 16y 9d Posted 01/07/13 09:35 PM Share Posted 01/07/13 09:35 PM I think offset is the wrong word. Cooler inlet temp is a good thing and a good quality cooler will only make it better. What it will allow, is good power on a cheaper cooler, size still matters. Eg twin cam xf, massive power on cheap eBay cooler 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77949-e85/page/182/#findComment-1403158 Share on other sites
