It works out way cheaper. I actually don't find it doesn't drink that much more. Even if it breaks even it is worth it for 2 reasons.1.the power gains and drive ability is unheard of for the money.2. The car runs cleaner and cooler on it and therefore is better for your engine. The only reason you wouldn't do it is lack of availability. My car has been on it for over 2 years now and it loves it. I never run any other fuel through it.Have you also noticed your oil stays much cleaner since using the eflex/e85?Mine certainly has, kinda reminds me of when I fitted LPG to my old ute... all of a sudden nice clean oil. ARVO Member 141 Member For: 16y 7m 13d Gender: Male Posted 31/10/12 03:39 PM Share Posted 31/10/12 03:39 PM I have skipped a few post's but my f6 is making 428 rwkw on 18psi on United E85 which is redicules on the street with 275 rear's I seriously cant get traction under 120kmh! I wouldn't push any more unless fully built and you race it at the drags. So if head starts to lift at 20psi Wind it back a bit, I know "the more power the better" on paper! not on the street, I would loose so many jog's from the lights but jogging on the freeway is a diffiren't story. In a way I envy the small turbo for the street but there is nothing like the smoke then the pull from 100 to 250+ ;-) Did I say I love E85!!!!! Say you got a quarter of a tank of e85 then top up with 98 (and run 98 tune)? Just get less power out of it or will this be a problem? And vice versa with 1/4 98 and top up on e85 (on e85 tune) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77949-e85/page/126/#findComment-1318501 Share on other sites
