Should I Come Back And Buy A Xr6T

I wanted a 4 door under 30k with plenty of go and good bang for buck when upgrading. For me that left a couple of options: wrx, evo or xr6t. Of the lot I believe the T is the easiest to live with (I havent had a wrx/evo but discussed with owners) in terms of size and comfort. It sacrifices some handling but not enough to make me regret it.

My brother bought a new WRX mid last year and he now wishes he bought a G6E Turbo.

I was shocked to hear this WRX nutcase admit the Ford was a better car. I guess it has to do partly with trying to fit 2 kids booster seats in the back and their crap in the boot.

Your right sounds like he wants a Suzuki Sierra to me...

after all he is coming from a Nissan 370z and is worried about a sloppy drive train, so a 4x4 makes sense.

I bought the falcoon because we had a baby, the WRX hatch is tiny and no way I was driving around in a 4WD (although the XC90 did get a look in). 530i wagon was next on the list, but too expensive to insure and the boot space is deceptively small.

another win with buying a turbo taxi is that when your kid throws yoghurt all over the seats and scratches up the door trims etc, its all so cheap to replace.

4x4's would have to be the worst decision if safety is your ultimate concern.

Liberty GT wagon is ok for a baby taxi. The XR is bigger and can be easily made as quite. The XR's safety rating and size would swing me. It's comfy and very easy to drive and live with. Bigger door openings to get the rug rat in and out. Big boot for the pram, there is not much room in the back of the liberty when the rear seat is up. A big pain if wifey has to have the Rolls Royce of prams.

Manuals will clunk and anything will eventualy if you have lots of torques. Mines 27 thou old and no clunk. (unless provoked)

Can't beat them for size and price. The mrs and I have one on the way and have been stuffing around with prams and the like in the boot. With the pram in there is still a sh*t load of room as the pram fits nicely into the spot over the spare wheel. 5 star ANCAP dsc air bags everywhere = safe as houses. Go and buy one you won't regret if
